Yeah, that’s maple cream cheese sauce on top with maple roasted shelled flax. I don’t lie, friends.
The recipe made 14 pancakes! I still have four at work in the freezer just begging to be toasted up. Next time I will most definitely be adding a drip of molasses to that recipe as well as some chopped pecans!

The noodle binge continues with a Chinese Style Teriyaki Noodle dish with broccoli and carrots. Friggin’ yum.
Oh, and in case you were wondering about a hot inside shot of that birthday cake… Here she is!
And lastly, some sweet sweet Daiya action for y’all. Discounted baguette with some homemade pizza sauce, onions, green pepper, mushroom, and Daiya. I wish baguette agreed with me. Seems it puts up quite a battle in my stomach. Sadness.
